Also known as the Lemon Yellow butterfly
Euchloe Charlonia lives mainly at lower altitudes, in drier places such as steppes, semi-desert, grassland, and along the coastline.
Host plants include members of the mustard family, such as Cress-Rocket (Carrichtera annua), Rocket-Salad (Eruca vesicaria), and Radishes (Raphanus spp.).
The butterfly flies February through October, and its flight is fast and continuous.
This species is considered vulnerable.

Diet: caterpillars feed on Diplotaxis Pendula, Succowia Palearica, Moricandia Arvensis, Eruca Vesicaria, Cleome Arabica, Reseda Villosa, Eryngium Tenue and Diplotaxis Acris.
